STUFFED POBLANO PEPPERS
1 lb ground beef
1 small jar spaghetti sauce (I use Ragu)
1 bag shredded cheese
4 Poblano peppers
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Brown hamburger. Drain and put in bowl.
Add just enough spaghetti sauce to the browned hamburger make a good consistency, not too saucy. Add cheese and mix together; set aside.
Cut circle around top of each pepper to cut off stem. Remove seeds. Do not cut anywhere else on pepper.
Stuff the hamburger mixture into the peppers.
Cook in oven at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes or until the mixture inside starts to run out a little.
I serve on a bed of rice.
It is delicious, but very spicy.
Feedback is welcomed.
