ISO: Cheese Puffs- hard to find
Misc. I am looking for a recipe for cheese puffs similiar to some my mother used to buy frozen at the grocery store. I grew up in CT, and this was 25+ yrs ago. They looked like 1-inch thin, square "tiles", that you broke apart and when baked, they puffed up. They were vey simple, but good. Light and very flaky. I would really appreciate if anyone could give me any info on how I could make these. Thanks.
