I use to work at Red L in Connecticut. In the Mid 80s. I was a mixer. Massive bowls filled with hundred pound bags of flour and blocks of cheddar. I do not know the recipe. I hear that regulations may have changed ingredients over time. It may be hard to replicate. Good luck!
