ISO: Cherry-Chocolate-Nut Sliced Refrigerator cookies

Years ago my Mom made a sliced refrigerator three layers cookie that had chopped cherries in the top layer, chocolate in the second layer and chopped peans in the lower layer.
Does anyone have a recipe that sounds like these cookies?
