ISO: chicken enchilada

Misc.
Hi, I'm looking for a recipe that I had and lost! It was the best chicken enchilada recipe that I've tried. Part of the recipe was that you made a green chile sauce (using CANNED chili's, among other things) The tortillas were fried in oil first then DIPPED into the sauce, then filled. If anyone has this particular recipe I'd love to have it again. Thanks in advance!
