ISO: Chicken Fricassee

Misc.
My sister-in law who is French, used to make a chicken fricassee that was soooo wonderful.I remember she started it with some type of gravy roux and then she put her chicken in. Right before the chicken was done, she added other ingrediants. However,I can not remember what those ingrediants were. I do know that she added about a dozen eggs as the final ingrediant.

Could someone out there please help me, I would like to prepare this dish.

Thanks so much
