ISO: chimmichury sauce

I am not exactly sure if this is the sauce recipe that I am requesting, but it sounds close to the pronounciation. It is a sauce used on roasted or grilled pork or beef (I believe from the gauchos of Argentina), and could contain crushed red peppers, minced garlic, water, white wine vinegar, oil, and coarse salt. The mixture should sit in a jar for 3 days before it is ready.

I am interested in more precise measurements and any possible variations on this. Thank you.
