ISO: Chinese Hot Braised Pork

The type of hot braised pork i am looking for is the kind they serve in all the chinese restarants. It is pork that is cut up in cubes, then it is breaded and deep fried. It is served in a hot & spicy carmel to brown colored sause. Does anyone out there know what i am talking about? I received one reply but it was nothing like what i am looking for.
