HEATHER'S BLUEBERRY CRUNCH
1 pint blueberries
2 tablespoons flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons lemon juice (optional)
1 cup flour, sifted
1 cup quick-cooking oatmeal, uncooked
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup butter
Whipped cream or ice cream (optional, for serving)
Mix blueberries, flour, salt, sugar and lemon juice together. Spread into a lightly greased 9-inch pie plate.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, oatmeal, sugar, salt, and vanilla. Cut in butter. Put in pan over blueberry mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes.
Great with whipped cream or ice cream!
