ISO: chinese noodle salad

Hi, I lost my recipe for a chinese noodle salad. It has napa cabbage, top ramen noodles, almonds, I think I saute noodles in butter with green onion and almonds. then add to salad let sit few hours before serving. Can anyone help? thanks Sheri
