Recipe(tried): Another Chinese Noodle Salad

Salads - Potato, Pasta
Chinese Noodle Salad

Mix:
1/2 cup sliced/slivered almonds toasted
2 tbsp. sesame seeds toasted
1/2 head med. cabbage shredded/sliced fine
1 pkg. bean sprouts (2 big handfuls)
2 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 green onions, chopped
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
3 oz. pkg. instant noodles, broken up (Ichiban soup)
Last if wanted:
1/2 pkg. Chow Mein Noodles

Add when ready to serve.
Dressing:
1 pkg. seasoning from box of noodles
1/2 cup cooking oil
2 to 4 tbsp. soy sauce
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. granulated sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Mix and toss with salad when ready to serve.
