Recipe: Chinese Noodle Salad (Coleslaw)

Salads - Potato, Pasta
Oriental Coleslaw

1 bag coleslaw
2 to 3 green onions (optional)
1 cup slivered almonds
1/2lb bacon, fried and crumbled
2 pkg. Ramen oriental noodles with soup base
(oriental flavor) crumbled (base is for dressing)

Combine all ingredients and toss with dressing

Dressing:
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup vinegar (white)
1 cup sugar
2 tsp. soy sauce
2 pkg. soup base seasoning mix
Whisk together

If I make the salad the night before, I add the almonds
and noodles in the morning.
