I am in desperate search of a recipe for a Chinese white sauce...I have had it with 2 separate dishes and I am almost sure it's the same sauce..I had it first with chicken and they call it Walnut Chicken..then the other day I had it with crab meat..it was a dish that had onion and 2 kinds of cheese...the sauce is kind of a thick white sauce..it almost has a mayonnaise kind of taste to it...the kind that was on the crab meat may have had a little cream cheese with it but i am almost certain it's not in the walnut chicken sauce...again it taste almost like mayo is it's base but i can't figure out what else is in it or can't find a recipe for it anywhere...if anyone knows please let me know i would be ever so greatful...thank you
