ISO: Chocolate Chip Toffee Squares

a couple of years ago a got a receipe for Chocolate Chip Toffee Squares (bars?) out of a women's magazine. I went to make it again this year and can't find it. It is a new family favorite and I would love to get it again. I have searched various web sites with no luck. The receipe had chocolate chips, toffee bits, and I think use some kind of brownie or cake mix, though I wouldn't swear to it. It is a very dense cookie bar and sinfully good. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
