ISO: Chocolate Cookies made with Saltine Crackers and egg whites circa 1956

Misc.
In 1955 I ask for and received my first recipe from the town librarian who lived directly behind our family. I was 10 years old. The name on the recipe was "Chocolate clouds". The ingredients included egg whites, sugar, cocoa and saltine cracker crumbs. My children and grandchildren are begging me to make a family cookbook so I would love to include this long ago, long gone recipe.
