ISO: chocolate dessert tulip cups
Misc.I'm attempting to make chocolate dessert "tulip cups" from a recipe I saw on the HGTV's Carol Duvall Show. In it she dips balloons into melted chocolate, lets them cool, deflates balloon and presto...you have a dessert cup. When I dip the balloon in the melted chocolate, it pops and sprays chocolate all over! I'd like to hear from anyone who has attempted this recipe with pointers on how to avoid bursting the balloon when it is inserted into the hot melted chocolate. Also the recipe calls for lecithin. What is this ingedient? thanks in advance for your response(s). Steve
