ISO: chocolate icebox pie with eggs

When I was in high school, 40 years ago, the cooks made a chocolate icebox pie that I ate every day. I would love to get this receipe and make this pie. I called the high school cook and she gave me a receipe; however, she is very elderly and I think she has left something out. Also her receipe called for several eggs and it was not cooked. This sounds dangerous but if that is the way she made it in school I ate it every day and never got sick. The receipe she gave me did not have cohesion and it was always runny. Hope you can help.
