Naty, I checked my cookbook, The Cake Bible by Rose Levy Beranbaum. There are recipes for the type of wedding cake that you are looking for. However, they are quite involved and, I apologize, but I just don't have the time it would take to post them. You might be able to get a copy of this book at your local library. Otherwise, I'm sure that a book store could order it for you. It is a wonderful book to have in your collection and is very complete so I highly recommend it. It is a great resource. Again, my apologies to you and good luck in your search.
