ISO: Chocolate with three very small peices of fruit. Does anyone know what this is?

Misc.
I am catering a wedding reception and it has been requested that I make a special treat; however I have no clue what it is and the mother of the bride has only eaten it and has no idea what it is called.
She says that you melt chocolate and mold it into a thin square then you place three small pieces of fruit on top of the chocolate.
Does anyone know what this is and how do I make it? Thank you in advance for solving my problem.
