ISO: Christmas lunch (not brunch!) ideas

Misc.
Out-of-town family are coming to visit around 2pm on the 23rd, and they will need to eat, but they don't want a big Christmas meal.......I was hoping to have a nice spread of food ready when they arrived but am at a loss as to what to make.

I don't want to just set out a deli tray (as my mil said to do). I want something nice, with a few finger foods, mini sandwichs, a salad.......maybe some things I can prepare ahead of time too?

I usually make turkey, ham, or prime rib with all the fixins, so just planning a nice ready-to-eat lunch is proving difficult for me. :)

Thanks in advance!!
