ISO: comparing cookie ingredients

Misc.
I am looking for opinions and articles about using store brand ingredients versus name brand ingredients when baking chocolate chip cookies. My daughter is using this as the basis for her Science Fair project and she would like to get opinions from other bakers to add to the survey results she gets in taste tests.

Thanks
