ISO: copelands spinach dip?

I went to copelands last weekend and had the spinach artichoke dip it seems as though its a lot creamy then most dips and with *cheese* I didnt see any cheese in recipe which i find shocking!!mayo doesnt give the same consistancy and richness alone?is this recipe correct you think?i still say its got cheese in it.
