ISO: Cornmeal Bread - re: Montana's

I've been looking for this recipe, as Moxie's Classic Grill serves the cornmeal mini-loaves as well. However, I do not have a bread machine, so would like to know how long to let the dough rise; then how long to bake it for; at what temperature. Thank you
