Recipe: Substitution Ideas for Veggie Spanish Bean Soup

I'm a veggie and have been planning to try to make Spanish Bean Soup. I found soy chorizo, could not believe it and haven't tried it but... To replace the ham and beef bone I'm planning to use the flavor packet from pork ramen noodles which has the pork like flavor but no meat products those packets have alot of salt so I will probably skip any additional.
