ISO: Crab Stuffed Salmon copycat recipe wanted (like McCormick and Schmidts)

I had a wonderful stuffed salmon at McCormick and Schmidts here, and would like to replicate it at home. I can't find a stuffing recipe for the salmon that seemed similar. It had a cream base, and maybe white wine. This was not bread like. Any suggestions?
