ISO: Cranberry Mold with Cream Cheese

Misc.
I've lost a wonderful recipe for a cranberry dish. It was layered in a glass bowl or serving dish. I know it had applesauce in it.

There was a congealed red layer on the bottom, then a white cream cheese layer over that, then another congealed red layer over the cream cheese.

I think there was an option as to using a red Jell-O of choice for the congealed layers.

It was very rich and delicious!

Any ideas?
