ISO: Cream of Green Bean Soup

Hi! Does anyone have the recipe for this soup. It's made with fresh green beans. It was my mother-in-law's recipe. She passed away 9 years ago and lately I've been craving that special soup. Sometimes she would add potatoes and sometimes she wouldn't. Any ideas out there? Thank you.
