ISO: Creamettes Tuna Casserole

I am in search of a family favorite! In the late 70's-early 80's there was a tuna casserole recipe on the back of the creamettes macaroni small box. The recipe contained some of the following ingredients - tuna, processed cheese, flour, butter, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and ketchup. I have searched everywhere and even wrote the company, but with no luck.
