ISO: Creamsicle Cookie Mix

I am looking for some help in finding a recipie I saw somewhere on this wide web (and I didn't copy it, or find it stupid me) for a mix for creamcicle cookies. What you do is take all the dry indredients and layer them in a jar and attach the recipe to the jar for a gift. I know that it has orange tang and white cho. chips in it. If anyone can help it would be GREAT... Thanks !!!
