ISO: Cup Tamales from the Hot House

searching for chicken cup tamale recipe from the hot house san francisco. b. millers seems very close. i remember chicken and a sauce in the cup and outside dry cheddar cheese on the sauce with raw chopped onions.has anyone tried this recipe? i was thinking of using large custard cups and steaming them right side up.
