Darlene, I have a package of vanilla powder that I purchased at a gourmet/kitchen store. The description says: Premium quality, natural vanilla bean extractives in a dextrose base for pure vanilla taste. Use in equal portions to substitute liquid vanilla extract. Ingredients: pure vanilla extractives in a dextrose base
I paid $6.49 for a 2.6 oz. tube. I hope this is of some help to you.
