ISO: Dessert idea/recipe 4 Boss's Xmas Party

Hi everyone!
I have to attend my Boss's Christmas party this friday 12/15 and I have been selected to bring a dessert. I am looking for something that is, or could be converted to, finger size portions since this is not a sit-down party. I was thinking about some decadent cookie bars...

If anyone has any ideas, or recipes for cookie bars (or anything else!) that I should try PLEASE let me know.
