ISO: Diego Salad from Columbia Steakhouse, Lexington, KY

Misc.
I am searching for a recipe for the Diego Salad they make at Columbia Steakhouse in Lexington, KY. I have heard that they soak the lettuce in seasoned ice water, then spin it dry before serving. It is delicious! If anyone knows how to make this salad, I would be so grateful for the recipe.
