APPLE CRISP
4 apples, sliced, (no need to peel)
1 cup sugar OR 3/4 cup honey
1/2 cup oatmeal, uncooked
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, or to taste
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves, or to taste
1/2 cup margarine, melted
Pile apple slices in bottom of greased 9-inch pan.
Mix remaining ingredients; sprinkle over apples.
Bake at 375 degrees F for 1 hour.
Serve warm or room temperature. Freezes well.
