ISO: Dijon Mustard receipe

Hi friends: I will really appreciate if you could give me the receipe of the Dijon Mustard especiallly I like the Grey Poupon brand, which we no longer get it in Lima, Peru (South America). Please answer me as soon as possible. I really will be very greatful with all of you.
