ISO: Dinah Shore's Fresh Peach Pie with Coconut Crust

This was the dessert course for the first meal I ever cooked-30 years ago (REALLY?!)! I have lost the cookbook in my travels and hope that someone has it and can give me this recipe. It was in her Dinah Shore Cookbook (white cover). It is a pie with a crust made of shredded coconut, nuts and, perhaps, butter? I remember that there was a thin layer of sour cream mixed with orange peel and sugar, sliced fresh peaches and I believe whipped cream on top. I would love to make this recipe again. Thanks in advance!
