ISO: Disney sauce

my husband I went tp Disney World with grandsons and had lunxh with the chacthers. Buffet style , they serveda bread pudding with a sauce that was so good, my husband had 3 helpings. The sauce was a light beige and not sweet and very smooth and rich. Can anyone help me find the receipe for this sauce?
