Recipe: Grilled Dijon-Glazed Halibut

GRILLED DIJON-GLAZED HALIBUT

1/2 cup Dijon-style mustard
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
4 halibut fillets

Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium.

Combine mustard, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper; brush over fish.

Grill fish, covered with grill lid, 6 to 8 minutes on each side or until fish flakes with a fork. Garnish with parsley.

Makes 4 servings
