ISO: dry cookie ingredients in a jar

Hi,
I need somebody's help, not too long ago, I asked if anyone out there knew the ingredients/directions for the cookie recipe that you put all the dry ingredients in a canning jar, add the recipe to the jar, and perhaps a nice poem, the person who receives the jar just adds the wet ingredients. Like egg, water and/or oil. If anyone out there knows, please respond. I had all of the recipe and lost it on here. This time I'll print it out and store it on a disk.
