ISO: eatZi's Ambrosia cookie

While in Atlanta, Ga., I visited a wonderful market and bakery gourmet shop called eatZi's. They make an Ambrosia cookie that was voted best cookie in Atlanta. Does anyone have the recipe for this delicious cookie that is causing me to gain weight? Thank you!
