Recipe: Texas Two-Step Chicken Picante (using chicken breasts and picante sauce)
Main Dishes - Chicken, PoultryTEXAS TWO-STEP CHICKEN PICANTE
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 1/2 cups Pace Picante Sauce
3 tbsp light brown sugar, packed
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
3 cups hot cooked rice (for serving)
Place chicken in 2-quart shallow baking dish.
Mix picante sauce, sugar and mustard; pour over chicken.
Bake at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes or until chicken is done.
Serve with rice.
Makes 4 servings
