ISO: Ebingers cakes from Brooklyn New York

Misc.
I know that the Ebingers Bakeries are out of business.
Does anyone know of a retired baker from the original Bakery? Maybe someone That would have the recipe for the Chocolate mocha butter cream with toasted almond. I'm looking for the Butter cream frosting. They were the best cakes around when I was growing up.
