Recipe: Great Corn on the Cob (with parsley, garlic, and parmesan cheese)

GREAT CORN ON THE COB

6 ears fresh or frozen sweet corn
1 tablespoon parsley flakes
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon oregano
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/4 cup melted butter
Parmesan cheese

Add corn to boiling water and cook 15 minutes. Remove from water, drain and place in a rectangular dish.

Sprinkle with parsley flakes, garlic powder, oregano, salt and pepper. Add butter. Sprinkle corn with Parmesan cheese.

Cover dish with foil and place in a warm oven until ready to serve.

Makes 6 servings
