ISO: eggplant parmesan

Misc.
I recently had eggplant parmesan at a local restaurant in Portland. It was sooooo good. I have never made it myself and am wondering if anyone has a recipe that would be good to try. The eggplant was not heavily breaded and seemed to be egg dipped. I'd love to try to make this for my family. Thanks in advance.
