Recipe: A.Q. Chicken House Cloverleaf Rolls (food processor)

Breads - Yeast Breads
A.Q. CHICKEN HOUSE CLOVERLEAF ROLLS

7 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 packages dry yeast
2 teaspoons salt
2 cups hot milk
2 eggs
1/2 cup butter, melted (plus additional for brushing)

Mix all in food processor. Let rise twice.

Form dough into small balls. Place 3 balls in each section of greased muffin tin. Let rise again.

Bake at 425 degrees F for 15-20 minutes. Brush with melted butter at end of baking.

Makes 12 rolls
