ISO: Flap Steak

Misc.
I purchased beef called flap steak. It looked like short rib meat without the bones. Nicely marbled and in strips. Can anyone tell me what part of the cow it comes from and how to prepare it? I was planning on a dry rub or marinade and then grilling.

Thanks!
