ISO: Freezing Pizza Dough

Misc.

Does any one know if you can freeze pizza dough once it is done in the bread
machine for use later and then thaw and let rise a second time later? I would
like to make gifts of homemade pizza dough to friends and wonder if this is a
suitable way to do it.
