ISO: Fresh, veggie, Vietnamese spring rolls

Can anyone point me to a recipe for fresh (not fried) vegetarian spring rolls? I think there's vermicelli, onion, sprouts, tofu, greens, rice noodles, etc rolled up in a rice paper sheet.....you dip it in plum or peanut sauce and Wow, sure is yummy!
