ISO: Fried Ice Cream

Does anyone happen to have a recipe for the fried ice cream with the cinnamon flavored topping served at Mexican restaurants like the Chi-Chi's chain. I usually request mine be topped with honey. It is served in a fried flour tortilla. Thanks in advance for any responses.
