ISO: Fudge made with Hersey Milk and Semi-Sweet Morsels

I had a receipe off the back of the milk chocolate bag of morsels for fudge. Does anyone have the recipe. It was made with milk chocolate and semi sweet chocolate morsels, jar of marshmallow creme, evaporated milk, sugar and vanilla. Can anyone help me. Thanks,
